• start taking the vitamin complex to strengthen the body;
• stop eating solid food per day;
• stop taking food and water 8 hours before the surgical procedure;

The shortest time is a closed correction. The longest is complete open rhinoplasty.

Rehabilitation includes several periods. At the initial stage, the patient walks with tampons in the nose and with a special bandage (in some cases – with plaster), which cannot be removed. After about a week, the bandage and tampons are removed, the stitches are removed.

Edema and bruising that formed after the operation begin to pass a little after 2 weeks, but it may take 1-2 months to completely disappear.

During the rehabilitation period it is prohibited:

• wear glasses;
• sunbathe;
• Sleep on your side or stomach
• strongly overheat or cool the body (including the face);
• lift heavy objects.

Contraindications to nose surgery are:

• various diseases of a temporary nature: viral, bacterial. This can be diseases of the ENT o

The rehabilitation period reaches 2 weeks. Sutures are removed 3-5 days after surgery. At this time you can’t use cosmetics, it is not recommended to overload your eyes – for example, read for a long time, sit at a computer or watch TV.

In the first days after plastic surgery, try to prevent water from entering the eyes or the area around the eyes. It is allowed to use antiseptic drops. The final disappearance of edema should occur in about a month.

Rehabilitation takes place in 2 stages:

1. The duration of the early stage reaches 10 days. Immediately after the end of the surgical procedure, a dense cap is put on the head so that it fixes the ears in a fixed position. Then they change it to a less dense bandage that is worn for 1-2 weeks. When a week has passed since the operation, the stitches are removed. Prior to this, it is undesirable to wash your hair.
2. The late stage begins after the removal of stitches and lasts about 3 weeks. You can wash your head, but only with warm water and baby shampoo, protecting the auricle from the penetration of water. You can not overheat and supercool the body, play sports. Any physical activity is better to postpone until full recovery.

During rehabilitation, they do not smoke and do not drink alcohol, do not forget to monitor the nutrition – it must be correct. Swelling and redness will gradually pass, subject to all medical recommendations.

Lip plastic

Cheiloplasty is most often performed with local anesthesia. On the lips make incisions and remove excess tissue. There are various ways to carry out this operation. The choice depends on the end goal that the patient pursues. Duration: from half an hour to 2 hours.

Preparing for surgery, they stop smoking for 2 weeks and take drugs that contain aspirin (it affects blood coagulation) . The rehabilitation period takes about 2 weeks. At this time, it is necessary to abandon solid foods, not give the body physical activity, do not sunbathe (6 months after the procedure), treat your lips with special ointments. Swelling, pain, tightness, loss of sensation will pass gradually.

Surgical frontal skin tightening

The following methods are used to tighten the forehead skin: standard surgical and endoscopic (it is less traumatic). The cut goes along the upper part of the forehead, near the hair. Chin plastic, or mentoplasty

Non-surgical methods

Mesotherapy
