Drawing Winners, January’s Theme, AND New VW Groups Across America!

The Winner Is…

We have a winner for free copies of the January-March Book Challenge book, Assumptions That Affect Our Lives, by Christian Overman, AND January’s Visionary Womanhood Gatherings CD Teaching: How to Think Like a Christian!

And the winner is: Marci Ferrell…who, coincidentally, happens to be joining our Contributor Team THIS WEEK!  If you go visit our contributor page, you can read a little bit more about her.

New Visionary Womanhood Groups Across America

Also, I’m pleased to announce that there are six new Visionary Womanhood groups starting up this January in the following locations: Warner Robins, GA, Lewisburg, TN, Augusta, GA, Deatsville, AL, Bellefontaine, OH, and Springfield, Missouri.  Please pray that God will do mighty things in the lives of all the families involved.

These women have connected over at the Visionary Womanhood Gatherings group on Facebook, and we had a giveaway there as well for a COMPLETE first quarter package of materials to get one of them all set up for the first three months.

The giveaway included the same two items above, plus February’s CD teaching: Christian Modesty by Jeff Pollard, and March’s DVD documentary: The First Blast of the Trumpet Against the Monstrous Regiment of WomenOur winner over there was Amy K. of Deatsville, AL.  Her group is starting on January 19, and now she’ll be all set to go!

If you are thinking of starting a group in  your area and would like to connect with other women in the same boat, OR if you are simply interested in following along with what the other groups are doing by reading the Book Challenge of the quarter and listening to the teachings on your own, we’d love to have you join our growing community on Facebook.

January’s Resource Giveaway and Blog Theme

For January we are simply repeating (it is worth repeating!) December’s giveaway.  At the end of January, the winner will receive free copies of Assumptions and How to Think Like a Christian.

*****CORRECTION!  For January we will be giving away another copy of Assumptions, but the CD teaching we’re giving away is actually Christian Modesty and the Public Undressing of America by Jeff Pollard!  This is February’s Visionary Womanhood teaching. ******

All ACTIVE subscribers to Visionary Womanhood are automatically entered into the drawing.  (To remain on the ACTIVE list, all you need to do is open up some of the posts that you have requested via e-mail.  Subscribers who do not actually open those emails are taken off the list after one month’s time.  We don’t want to drive anyone bonkers with unnecessary e-mails!)

Our theme for the month of January is God’s Perspective of Human Life.  We’ll be focusing on topics that revolve around related issues such as adoption, special needs children, caring for the elderly, taking care of our bodies, socialism, pro-active parenting, and more.  I hope you’ll join us for the View Mondays-Fridays in January.

May God pour out the riches of His Grace on each one of you in the coming year!

I am excited about this month’s theme! Looking forward to some good reads! How are you feeling? Not much longer left in your pregnancy, correct?
Also, I am unsure how to go about finding a Visionary Womanhood Group that is meeting near me. I would love to see a “locate/search” option on your site. In the meantime how can I find out if there is a group near me?

    • Wemmick Girl Saved by Grace says:

Do you live in or near one of the cities listed? If so, send me an email and I can put you in contact with the woman initiating that particular group. Otherwise, feel free to join our Facebook group (see above for the link)…and you’ll be able to find out about new groups that are starting! In addition, you could consider starting a group yourself! That might be the most convenient option of all! : )

Thank you Natalie for the wonderful giveaway – a book that went on my reading list after reading your review – http://visionarywomanhood.com/history-quiz/. Excited and thankful to be a contributor to a blog and group of women I have been so blessed and encouraged by.
