February’s Topic: Visionary Health and Nutrition

Still-life of tomatoes nutrition

Striving for wellness by eating healthy, exercising, and getting proper rest is visionary!  We want to experience maximum mental clarity, energy, emotional stability, quicker healing, and a longer life to disciple our loved ones and bring glory to our God.

This month at Visionary Womanhood, we will be taking a closer look at this important subject.  In the meantime, you can check out some of my favorite blogs, books and other resources that God has used to help me learn and grow in this area.
