Chicken Enchiladas Anyone?

Filed in Visionary Homemaking by on July 3, 2012

You might be wondering what’s so visionary about chicken enchiladas.  Think about it.  If we don’t eat, we don’t last very long.  Lasting as long as we can is visionary.  Therefore, eating is visionary.  And that makes chicken enchiladas not only tasty, but visionary as well.

Also, my writing assignment over at Keeper of the Home was to drum up a dinner one could throw together in thirty minutes or less.  So there you have it.  Join me over there for some seriously quick…and visionary…cooking.
