Tuesday’s Treasure: 31 Days To Clean!

Today I am giving away 31 Days to Clean: Having a Martha House the Mary Way, a fabulous, brand new E-book written by Sarah Mae!

Being a huge believer in doing anything and everything in increments (here a little, there a little…you know…slow and steady wins the race…), this book is right up my ally!  Not only do you get one easy task to perform each day, but you also get some great spiritual encouragement along the way.  By the end of 31 days, your house is clean (or at least, that’s the idea), and your spirit is revived!

Now, I have to be honest here and admit that we do a whole house clean up on Saturday mornings.  It’s not a deep cleanse, but it looks pretty good when we are finished.  If you were to come visit on Saturday night, it’s not looking pretty anymore. So I’m not sure how clean my house would actually be after 31 days of serious cleaning.  But it’s a nice theory.  And I’d like to try it myself.  Next year.

All you need to do to enter is leave a comment saying WHY you need this book!  Is it because you need to be a better Martha?  Or a better Mary?  Or both?

I will purchase a copy of the book and send the winner the download code!  (I hope that works…I’ve never given an e-book away before, so this will be a guinea pig effort.)

I hope you win!

I’m thinking I need both. I can’t keep my house clean, yet I’m very task-oriented. I do everything else before cleaning it seems. Thanks Natalie!

Pretty soon your children will be older and doing most of it! That will be a nice season to move into! : )

  4. Suzanne says:

I still am trying to figure out how to keep our house clean!! Maybe this book will help. Thanks Natalie.

    • Wemmick Girl Saved by Grace says:

Yes…your silver bullet could be right around the corner. : ) Now if only you could hire someone to do the 31 days…then you could just concentrate on the Mary part. Wouldn’t that be nice? : )

  5. Erica says:

Natalie, this book would be a fantastic way to start off life in our new home. It would be wonderful to get new systems in order along with remembering to balance it all correctly. It would be easy to get consumed with getting things in order physically at the expense of neglecting the spiritual. Actually, that is easy to do without having to move and settle in somewhere new! Anyway, thanks for the opportunity! :)

I’m glad you entered! I hope you are surviving these hectic days. I’m thinking a lot about you…and praying for peace.

I am definitely a believer in a little here a littler there, although our house never looks that great all at once. I just can’t be all about cleaning. This book sounds like it has an interesting way of having it both ways.

It is a very nice balance. I think you’d like it. And we could assign older kids to help us with different tasks too…you know…take turns. It’s a lot of deeper cleaning that we just don’t have assigned at this time. For example, I don’t clean out drawers until a chunk of food pops up and hits me in the eye. Then I go, “Hey! Time to clean this drawer!’ But sometimes I can even ignore the chunk…

  7. Angie says:

I need this book to clean my house better and grow as a child of God.

Thanks for stopping in and taking the time to enter! I looked at the recent post on your blog…love those raised garden beds. That’s exactly how I imagine raised garden beds to look. Nice and neat. And clean. Someday…
