Gems in the Web: Blessing Husbands 11/30/12

We’re going to wrap up our month of blessing husbands with a few excellent gems you don’t want to miss!

  • We often read and talk about what submission IS.  Find out What a Wife’s Submission is NOT.
  • Aileen Challies, the wife of Tim Challies, did a three part blog post series a few years ago that is well worth reading.   Please note: this is for wives only.  Part One: What He Really Wants, Part Two: The Heart of Rejection, and Part Three: Desiring Him.
  • Read about the New Family Structures Study done by the journal, Social Science Research.  The tragic results are, that overall, the grown children of gay parents are struggling in life.
  • And continuing on that note, you’ll want to watch this MUST SEE video that demonstrates clearly how keeping marriage between a man and a woman is not about bigotry rooted in personal preference and emotionalism, but BIOLOGY.  (That’s non-emotional science, folks.)

And that’s it for November, ladies!  I hope you’ll join us throughout the month of December as we celebrate the birthday of our King and Savior, Jesus Christ!

(BTW…I usually share 2-3 excellent little gems on the Visionary Womanhood Facebook page each week.  If you love the links here, you’ll love the links there.  Unfortunately, you can’t “love” the page, but you CAN “like” it…and catch some gems in your feed!)
